Revision Editing offers editing services targeted to applicants applying to law school. Applicants usually begin with a rough draft of their personal statement, although Dr. McEntire will also provide guidance if an applicant is just beginning the statement. As with all legitimate writing help, Dr. McEntire offers extensive advice and guidance, but she will not write your personal statement for you.

The price for intense editing of your personal statement is $225. This includes a comprehensive commentary with detailed advice for improvement and in-text editing suggestions, returned within three business days. You are asked to revise the statement based on the commentary, and resubmit it for another round of editing (if necessary) and final polishing (including copy-editing). This service includes as many rounds of editing as you need to make your statement outstanding.

Dr. McEntire has simplified the logistics of the editing process over the last few years and is currently accepting clients via email. If you are interested in working with her, please email joann@revisionediting.com to begin the process or to request further information. Dr. McEntire will have you email her your personal statement, and if you like, you may include your resume, GPA, LSAT score, schools to which you intend to apply, and anything you would like Dr. McEntire to know about your personal statement. To pay, Dr. McEntire will send you a Paypal invoice, and you may pay by credit or debit card (no Paypal account is necessary) or check. This method of submission best allows Dr. McEntire to control the number of essays she is editing at any one time.
